Interesting. I’ve spent a lot of time in Costa Rica and almost none of it in San Jose...just fly in, MAYBE spend one night if the flight gets in late, and head out ASAP to the mountains or the beach.

Wild in a good way or wild in a bad way? A trip I had planned has been put on hold due to civil unrest and one of the alternate destinations being offered to me is Costa Rica.

If I were to travel somewhere for bachelor-having fun, it would be Barcelona. Especially during summer. Beuatiful, mostly naked people everywhere.

Hey can I know more about your CR trip? Me and my friend are supposed to go to Nicaragua but due to civil unrest they offered CR as an alternate destination.

I had a good time. CR apparently has a very stable government and from what I could tell their infrastructure was pretty well developed. I also didn’t ever feel unsafe walking around San Jose even at night, but I was in a decent size group. We stayed downtown San Jose, if I could do it again, probably prefer a place on the beach.

Since you went for a bachelor party how is the night life? I’m going with one of my best buds, so two single guys in their mid 20’s. We’d be going for 7 days.

It’s the off season right now, since it’s the rainy season, even then I still had a good time going out. There weren’t too many tourists.
